Need to terminate its project Head as it is a great failure of Project Manager. It is a very simple tunnel only 350m long. Some Media person and rail officer make this project very complicated by adopting delaying culture.
Need to punish by Blacklisting of tender company and apply huge fine to him because of failure to complete it within the given time frame. Also find out who they are officer (Railway ) to make it complicated, need to terminate or required some strong legal procedure against him.
