Many a times, i feel agr road connectivity from metro/pari chowk strong kar de n thus public transport toh existing halting trains at brky vil automatically get passengers will lead to development of brky.
Only 1 Km Metro and Road is required for reaching Boraki from Theeta 2 in Greater Noida
By G.maps toh thoda zyada lag rha hai. A bit more than 1km.
