The scheme targets 25% urban and 75% rural residents. In case of an excess number of applications, a lottery system will be implemented to select beneficiaries, and a waiting list will be maintained. The selected beneficiaries will be informed via the Collector's office, respective gram panchayats, and urban bodies. Medical tests will be conducted before the journey, and those found unfit will be replaced by individuals from the waiting list. Transportation to and from the railway station or bus stop will be provided free of cost by the District Administration.

Journey se pehle medical tests kiye jaayenge, aur unfit paaye jaane walon ki jagah waiting list ke logon ko bheja jaayega. Railway station ya bus stop se aane-jaane ki transportation District Administration free mein provide karega.
