and he didn't have the key, but upon inspection, the bag was found to contain bundles of 500 rupee notes. The man, identified as Bajrang Kumar Thakur from Patratu, Ramgarh district in Jharkhand, was arrested. He said he received the bag from someone in Ranchi and couldn't disclose the recipient in Patna. The locked mobile phones found on him were also given by the person who handed him the bag. The incident is suspected to be related to money laundering, and the income tax department has been informed.
