Kumar Sah ne bataya ki Kanti police ne ek ladke ko ghanbhir halat mein admit kara tha. Ladke ki umar karib 20 saal hogi. Uski pahchan ke liye jile ke dusre thanon se bhi contact kiya ja raha hai.
