Munchun Rai highlighted the long-standing demand of the Chutia residents for the construction of a railway bridge near Ketari Bagan and the power house, a demand that remains unfulfilled. He emphasized the difficulties faced by thousands of locals due to the lack of this bridge. He also criticized the fact that despite the installation of 8 SPPT plants at a cost of crores of rupees, they remain inactive. He warned that if these issues are not addressed promptly, the Jan Seva Manch would be compelled to organize a public movement with the support of the Chutia residents. The event saw hundreds of volunteers and locals participating in the signature campaign. The Jan Seva Manch has set a target of collecting 50,000 signatures from Chutia. After Raksha Bandhan, the signature campaign and public outreach will continue in other areas of Chutia. Several individuals, including Madan Kesari, Madan Singh, Vijay Sahu, Janardan Sah, Kailash Kesari, Gautam Deb, Manoj Mahto, Nandu Sahu, Rakesh Singh, Ravi Singh, Kaushal Chaudhary, Sumit Pandey, Vicky Sharma, Sujit Singh, Pappu, and others were present at the event.
