6. This change is due to the development of the station during the Kumbh Mela in 2019. The main entrance of the station was originally towards Subedarganj, but during the development, the main building was shifted towards Rajapur, making it the new main entrance. This also led to the change in platform numbering. Travelers faced some initial confusion due to this change.

2019 mein station ko develop karne ke baad hua hai. Pehle main entrance Subedarganj ki taraf tha, lekin development ke baad Rajapur ki taraf main building ban gayi. Isse platform numbers bhi badal gaye. Passengers ko pehle din thodi confusion hui platform numbers badalne ke baad.
