struck the concrete cover, causing it to break into two pieces. The train driver immediately stopped the train after hearing a loud bang and informed the control room. RPF and GRP personnel, along with local police, arrived at the scene. The engine and track were inspected, confirming the concrete cover had collided with the engine and broken. The freight train was allowed to proceed after the inspection. However, several other trains on the route had to be stopped at various locations. An FIR has been registered by the RPF against unknown individuals based on a complaint filed by Sub-Inspector B.B. Tiwari. The PRIO of Prayagraj division, Amit Singh, confirmed that the incident is being investigated. ACp Ravi Kumar Gupta of Meja, along with other police officers, are investigating the incident. Railway Assistant Commandant TK Agnihotri, Railway Inspector Jhunjsi Ravi Prakash Kujur, and RPF Inspector Manda Bharat Bhushan Tiwari also conducted their own investigations.
