During interrogation, the suspects, identified as Lalchand from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Shyam Singh from Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, admitted to carrying marijuana in the bags. A search revealed 16 kilograms of marijuana in one bag and 8 kilograms in the other. The seized drugs and the two men were handed over to the Government Railway Police (GRP) under the NDPS Act.
