Yeh shi h jo trains deserving h purani h, legendary trains h unko LHB mil nhi rha abhi tk example - Telangana, Karnataka, Goa, Tamil Nadu or yha ECR,SER,ER ki sari trains ko LHB mil gya, un trains ko isliye nhi mila coz unka maintenance achcha h ab trains ki itni buri halat krdo ki apne aap LHB mil jaye. Similarly thode din m for example - Pune-Danapur, Sc-Danapur ko bhi LHB jaldi mil hi jayega inki conditions dekh kr or Tapti Ganga ko bhi. Trains ki priority dekh kr bhi LHB milna chaiye

The reason is they cannot add saloons to the icf and higher officials travel in these legendary trains

Agree with you but if u see the conditions of these train then u will come to know that the coach condition is worse and again u check these LHB coaches after 1 year that will also become old and dirty so the better thing is for these trains is refurbishing should be done of old coaches inplace of giving them new LHB

Ultimately all trains will get LHB , we don't have control over the order of distribution , after LHB is given it all depends on pax co-operation for its proper maintenance
