Interesting perspective which we probably all know to some degree or the other, but worth refreshing when thinking about how difficult IR's job is.
We, unfortunately, tend to always look at the bad side of things and often ignore the good part. Very few understand how complicated and tough the IR job is, and even fewer offer constructive criticism and solutions to help them.
