I feel this VB shd have a TT of 7 hrs 35 mins as it runs via Shorter route viz via ALLP
It arrives Kasargod at 11:55pm. Another 45 mid added and it will reach MAQ at 12:30am...not at all an ideal time. Just like the other VB may not have end to end passengers but will mostly be intermediate passengers. A perfect option for travelers from Kannur & Kozhikode who may go for some work to Ernakulam in the morning and then return by the same train in the evening.
Yes correct. The only bottleneck might have been the Ernakulam-Kayamkulam stretch (via Allp) which is still single line at many places, together with speed restrictions.
They might probably reconsider maybe. Also there were some other reports which were mentioning that it may terminate at Kochuveli .Will have to wait and see

Another VB [8 cars) allotted to Kerala as per reports
From news reports it seems possible routes could be Mangalore-Madgaon, Mangalore-Coimbatore or maybe Mangalore-Ernakulam. The rake has been allotted to Palghat Division as per reports so Mangalore might most likely be one station.....

Seems so...... Probably the reason why timings of ALLP - CAN Executive Express and TVC - CAN JS got changed and morning CLT - SRR Express got cancelled all these are probable indicators
Wont MAQ-TVC be a long journey of almost 9 hrs and then if you include at least 1 hr of turnaround time, the return will also be very delayed. I heard one version that ERS-Madgaon was under consideration but it would need 2 rakes. Existing TVC-Kasargod runs with 16 coaches, but the current allotted one has 8 coaches . Lets see
It is via allp.It is shortest route and it has higher mps than ktym route.So 8:30 hrs enough I think
