The petition, filed by Jaydev Kumar and others, argued that the Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation, a state government undertaking, should fill these positions through promotions, as per the JMRC Recruitment and Service Rules 2012, instead of deputation. The petitioners, working as Customer Relations Assistants since 2013, are eligible for promotion to Station Controllers and Train Controllers. They argued that while Delhi and other metros have promotion rules for similar positions, Jaipur Metro lacks such rules, causing unfair treatment to its employees. The court, after hearing the arguments, has asked the metro administration to respond.

Unhone argue kiya ki Delhi aur dusre metros mein aise post ke liye promotion rules hai, lekin Jaipur Metro mein aisa koi rules nahi hai, isse unke employees ko injustice ho raha hai. Ajmer Road. On the first day, they removed encroachments from Gopalpura to Triveni Pullia. In total, they have removed 450 illegal encroachments. The Greater Municipal Corporation vigilance team seized 3 canter loads of goods and collected a fine of Rs. 8000. They also warned the encroachers not to repeat the offense.

Roadways buses operating on the Ajmer route, along with all private stage carriages and public transport buses. A fee of ₹100-₹200 per bus will be charged for operation from the stand. The Jaipur Metro is also planning to extend its line to the new bus stand, with a station being built within the terminal. To facilitate access to the new bus stand, the transportation department will operate low-floor buses, tempos, and mini-buses from Sindhi Camp and other parts of the city. The department has instructed both RTOs in Jaipur to identify routes and issue new permits. Rexco will provide 40 security guards for the new stand.

Jaipur Metro bhi new bus stand tak apni line extend karne ki planning kar rahi hai, terminal ke andar hi ek station banaya ja raha hai. New bus stand tak pahunchne ke liye transport department Sindhi Camp aur city ke dusre parts se low-floor buses, tempos aur mini-buses chalayega. Department ne Jaipur ke dono RTOs ko routes identify karne aur new permits dene ke instructions diye hai. Rexco 40 security guards new stand ki security sambhalega.
