Chart PREPARED
friends i have few questions with regard to this pnr. I had to cancel this pnr. when i tried cancelling it on 3/4/2014 at 1.20a.m , i could not cancel it as chart of originating station(MAS) was prepared, 2 passengers were confirmed and 1 remained in waiting list. but chart of BZA not prepared. when i spoke to IRCTC executive regarding this he asked me to wait till the chart preparation to file TDR. This is atrocious. Had it been PRS tkt, on cancellation at counter at 8a.m, i could have got Rs 2495 as the boarding time at BZA was 4.45p.m. For 3 passengers total amount was Rs 2905 (adult+chaild+ss female=1405+750+750). can anybody explain why this discrepancy between e-tkt and PRS tkt?
derz a reason for it. earlier irctc allowed filing tdr upto 30 days after doj...bliv me...30 days...
what passengers did...chart prepared. ..filed tdr but travelled. ..
if tte were efficient, tdr was rejected
if tte dint check, money got refunded...

Thank you friend. My question is not regarding why TDR period has been reduced? PLS review my post. And suggest me accordingly.
