One passenger is confirmed and the other waitlisted!!!!!! What happens now? And what happened to rac?
No RAC in PQWL quota.. Your tkt will not get auto cancelled. second person who is WL can travel, with the permission from TTE. In case 2nd person not traveling and d first pax is traveling, then need to get certificate from TTE stating that the 2nd pax not traveled.. and send it to IRCTC NDLS for claiming refund AFTER FILING TDR ONLINE
