Three in PQ three in RLGN and upon cancellation, PQ seats not released! :O

note that the seats cancelled are of pqwl where as seats in wl are if rlgn...pqwl is a totally different waiting list and top three pqwl would have been cleared but rlgn still remains...while booking this ticket the system found few seats in pqwl vacant and hence allotted those to first few passengers...fourth one is gnwl and d remaining as usual stays in rlgn...had the pqwl seats been exhausted the entire pnr would have been in rlgn...
