Train reached Rourkela 30 min late. Departed 15 min late and was late all along the journey. Reached Howrah 20 min late. Thanks to God. Air conditioning in ac 3 was horrible. No temp control. Average temp was 27 degree Celsius. Railway people must adhere to timings and improve ac coach condition. Cockroach and rats are moving in the coach.
