During my journey from Erode, I have seen my co-passenger traveling alone with a small kid is in tears because of her child's ill health. I have requested the medical help from TTE(Sleeper), Mr. Sathiya Murthy to that child. He immediately took his mobile and called up the officials at Podanur Junction and made sure that every help will be provided to that kid.
I salute you sir. Your timely help, proved very efficient and the medical help were provided promptly, which also helped that small kid to recover immediately and start playing within 15 minutes after treatment.
