To the respected blogger, whose post seems to have been deleted now, the reason here is due to the fact that there is no #berthmultiplexing or berth forwarding for Yuva Quota. So, unless there are cancellations prior to the preparation of chart, it geta very hard for the RL/RS/PQ likely tickets to get confirm. Plus one should also not forget that Yuva Quota now amounts for only 20% of the total capacity. Thus less passengers leads to possibility of less cancellations.
