the big congestion junctions always have problem at outer in our country. :')
Actually our trains can easily have 90 kmph avg speed. But due to this junctions and slack all trains getting slowed.
The slack concept links with LP incentive, just to avoid more incentive to LPs railways wasting the whole country people "TIME"
Railways needs to change it soon.

yeah... this is very much true and the another face of IR. Big junction not only kill avg speed but also they are the always take more time in schedule halts.
