Ratnachal & Circar enterd SLO at the same time, running parallel to each other, Ratnachal was 15 mins late. Even though Circar has two extra halts bet SLO & RJY compared to Ratnachal, Circar was given priority, that following continued and finally reached RJY 40 mins late.
