i had cancelled this ticket in morning as it was showing train cancelled but even now it is showing as cancellation pending..even though chart is prepared..the train is still cancelled..so why is my cancellation showing as cancellation pending & what should I do about it
can anyone please advise what should I do as it is over 24hrs & it is still showing as cancellation pending & IRCTC helpline number is always busy
