initially the policy was launched to upgrade passengers ending on waiting list to next higher class with available berths post charting.
But now there is no clear policy on the same and IR randomly selects PNRs for upgradation

its is running on weekday and already daily rajdhani is running between these 2 cities! thats why no AC pax in this train...
probably during off season HA1 should suffice & an extra sleeper coach might b benificial
