You can cancel it if it is RAC.
If it is confirmed, you have to cancel it at least 48 hrs prior to departure.

As this is an E-ticket so after charting,u can't cancel but u can file TDR ,
If it stays RAC after charting only 35/- per person will be deducted.
If CNF on charting(High Chance),then u will get 50% of ur booking amount.
