am very sorry to log this complaint, the train departure time 11.43pm. But delayed 47 mins. The fans are not switched on the platform even I requested the Station Master Personally. There was no sufficient facilities for passengers. Mosquitos are heavy to control the same the fans must be switched on, somany passengers roaming here and there. No railway officials are ready to listen the request or complaints. Immediate attention required to provide more facility for passengers at the platforms without further delay.
