First time booking on a Garib rath. I opted for UB while there were 332 seats available for the train. The reason being that I cannot opt for the most popular side lower and side upper since GR has that most unpopular Side Middle Berth. I didn't want a lower berth as I knew there would be chances asking me to sacrifice in the train :)
So the best option was UB. Just spend some time till 7PM, have dinner. Go to UB and sleep till 3.30AM.

We have crossed Hindupur and still TTE not seen in train. As expected rush to get bed rolls.
Dinner options were only there from Dharmavaram station at around 8PM. As there is no pantry there is no availability of items like chips, biscuits. Only water bottle guy comes in. Tea/coffee only when train halts.
The Veg biriyani bought was too bland. Just colored rice, carrots and chilli powder mix for Rs. 70. Not at all good in terms of food availability...
