Just to know upon can I file TDR for this, (i.e., if ticket remain in RAC after final chart preparation, passenger can choose to travel in RAC by sharing berth or if passenger wish not to travel in RAC how can the claim should be done for refund amount. Lastly what would be the charges levy in WL (TQ) & RAC (TQ). Awaiting your helpful reply.

You can't file TDR for it now since time limit has expired... For fully WL/RAC unused tickets you can cancel/file TDR till half and hour and before scheduled dep of the train beyond that limit no refund shall be entertained...Clerical charge for RAC/WL for Non AC class per passenger is Rs.60/- & for AC classes its Rs.65/- rupees will be charged per head will be deducted and remaining amount shall be refunded.
