This ticket cancelled almost 10 days ago but showing the same status because I cannot refresh it and showing 'only refresh monitors may refresh pnrs' while I am trying for the fresh status.
Refresh monitor wait for charting, and after charting they change their prediction. After new prediction they refresh pnr. Which give them more pnr accuracy
