When you booked the ticket, current status was WL 42. And now your ticket is confirmed (after charting from source Ex. Bilaspur) as you can see in the PNR enquiry
What does GN mean there? When RLWL itself shows everything. GN is not there in my ticket pdf (SEE PIC in my main query post).

GN means general quota (Similarly TQ - Tatkal quota, SS - Lower berth quota etc.). It is mentioned in your ticket at top right section beside train name and number
