i am the ticket owner ,4 confirl pred..but i want to know it will be in one full birth prediction or rac seat confirmation ......
2.how much time before i should cancel ticket before arrive train if not confirm.

I think you may get full birth as it will turn confirm.
If remains in rac.you may cancel at any time before arrival of train.
