Plus this PNR was booked after source charting. Whenever this type of PNR comes do check vacant seat ex Source if second chart is not yet prepared.

Yes, doubled the quota but all zones have planned in their way. Some put all the LBs in the first coaches from the loco, some earmark particular number of berths across all coaches.

In my opinion 1 4, 9 12, 57 60, 65 68, (73 76 LHB SL) should be earmarked for SS so the pax can easily access the door and the Washroom.

Sometimes intermediate chart don't release vacant berth. One example is CR CST and CR Pune.
Even if CST chart shows vacancies Pune doesn't get them.
Many obvious reasons can be there for this but I am sure this Pax is not SS eligible else it would have reflected. RL shows SS eligible pax.
