I did not travel and filed tdr but railway has denied refund with reason passenger travelled. I have travelled on bus and railway officials were demanding bus tkt proof which was not at me since conductor not given me. They denied Google map timeline history as a proof.
So railway should modify in its refund rules that if passenger files tdr then they must keep a proper proof of not travelling by train to assess tte fault.
