The chart has been prepared already and it did not confirm fully. You have been allotted 2 berths 43 & 45 in Coach A1 which you will have to also share with co-passengers. The possible chance of confirmation is now by requesting the TT to allot full berths if some other passenger does not turn up.
You cannot cancel the ticket now. You would need to file TDR after the train reaches its destination.
Full fare - Clerkage Charges would be refunded back to you.
PS:- Service Tax on Cancellation Charges would also be levied. In addition Online Booking Charges + Payment Gateway/Bank Charges may or may not be refunded.
