There is no cancellation for CK quota , then how did this got CNF ???
Now tatkal WL is given preference to GNWL... So maybe a general ticket got canceled and this got preference...
Else a tatkal ticket could have been cancelled... Cancellation can be done in CK but no refund on confirmed ticket...
