what does the total seats more than 186 mean in this case. The class is 2nd AC so seats cant be more than say 30 or 40?
The "Tot Seats" figure gives you the Total Available seats for that quota between that pair of stations.
So it means that 2AC has "at least 186 seats" ( i also wonder how it can see so many seats ) . This site is NOT saying that ac has exactly 186 seats. its just saying that it has at least 186 seats.

it has 5 3rd ac coaches as in CC... so maybe 186 seats shown...
