i hope i am right in following explanation
this train has 1 1AC full coach
the booking is under rlwl so there are fixed seats and lesser than the end to end quota that gnwl
now the chances are high of confirmation if someone has booked a seat from saharsa to gorakhpur or any pair of station between those 2 stations

if no one has but under such combination and the seats are utilised than the chances become extremely less for it to confirm
now there is one more scenario wherein some other quota seats are not utilised like HO etc
generally those are used to satisfy gnwl tickets first
if after clearing those waitlist there are still seats left than your ticket can get confirmed ( again chances are less because this is not a low demand train)
finally comes the one rare chances that may be a few odd seats (like 1-2 seats) are given to special quota for your pair of station
if that is left without using at chart preparation than it clears your waitlist quota i.e. rlwl ( this is also less chance because such seats whther come or not depends from train to train)
so what should be done is just wait and see
my predicition this ticket might not confirm but again thats kind of like 60% wont & 40% will confirm kind of thing
