I dont think so... coz when i had not cancelled ticket of passenger 3, last two passengers was on waiting.. as soon as I cancelled that 5th Passenger got confirmed..
Thats why i predicted the cancelled ticket for 3rd pax will go the vacancy made and hence 5th pax will get the berth alloted for 3ed.
but didn't happen so.
may be those berths are alloted from the GN Quota.
