Tell him to complain to the tte or railway complaints no.
If his is a cabin then 4 people and if its a coupe then 2 people are allowed.
If there are other encroachers he should complain.

Arrived 2 minutes ago, had a comfortable trip till now.
Bhai 1AC mein no UR pax were there, though there were 5-10 WL pax of 2A in the HA coach but trip is comfortable had a good sleep.
