just in 2 days we can not stop everyone for avoid the # tag. We have to inform members now and than to avoid. If admins see this as frustration by discussing in one or two PNR, it will not be conveyed to all members who are putting this. So whenever we saw this # tag in PNR, we have to inform that member in open as well as in PVT also to refrain.
