Will i get full refund while cancellation if,
1. When it not got confirmed but chart prepared.
2. Becomes RAC and chart prepared.
3. WL and chart prepared.

you will get full refund, less clerical charges, in case if u r tkt remains in WL after charting.. u need to surrender d tkt at d nearst PRS counter to get refund, since it is PRS tkt. But if u want to travel with WL tkt u can do but in General coach ONLY..
If it is in RAC after charting, for both, u can travel in d reserved coach, u will b given seat initially, after chkng, if any berths vacant due to last min cancelation / pax not turning, TTE will allot d berth as per sequential of RAC.
