they served some people sweets and some people did not get them :) similarly the dahi... We were served stale food (only the dahi was edible). vegetarians were served non veg and non vegetarians were served veg food in a major goof up.

Passengers should sue IR for this goof up. They are so fast in suing McDonald's and other American companies when these things happen.

official complaint lodged yet to hear back from them... will be the typical canned response I am sure... We are sorry for inconvenience caused to you types.. These guys for once beat Jet airways at the stale food and pathetic service atleast...

I think no point in complaining. You should take IR to a court of law. They need to be taught a lesson. Most of the Indians are vegetarians due to religious reasons and IR has no right to play with religious sentiments.

Since I am in native place I have access to only 2G internet which is very slow, tomorrow I would be in Mumbai and see d detailed report, as far as I know the food is loaded from some hotel in Ratnagiri, also the hotels would prepare food at the scheduled arrival time at RN, so if the train is delayed, one is bound to get stale food..Ultimate sufferer is the passenger. Also, KR is treating this train as SF Special which means there is no guarantee to be accorded top priority. Seeing the runs in its first week I was saying well done KR, but KR bhi started started delaying this train, 50-70 minutes delay is fine, butvif delay increases rescheduling would surely take place..
