The logic for prediction is a bit different here. Will explain later.
Any cancelled berths booked against #ladiesquota remains withheld and is released only during the chart preparation.
In this case, it was sheer bad luck that none of the confirmed berths booked against the concerned quota got cancelled besides the fact that there wasn't also enough cancellations against the sectorial quota that is GNWL to lift the second passenger to a confirmed berth.
