Seen in video is first run of 1 hour late 09421/Ahmedabad - Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Premium Special hauled by Vatva [VTA] WDM-3D #14161 at Khodiyar - WR. Western Railways announced two premium special upto Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, one from ADI and another from BDTS.
