78032 Badampahar - Tatanagar DEMU returning to Aunlajori Junction after a to & fro visit to Gorumahisani on a separate path. The semaphores still work here. One can see the semaphore arm down indicating all clear for the incoming train from Gorumahisani. Moreover, these semaphores are the only pieces of working signal in a range of few stations before or after Aunlajori. Neither there is any signal towards/at Gorumahisani nor towards/at Badampahar or the intermediate stations. There are working MACLs in first 2-3 stations from Tatanagar end & rest of the route is yet to receive working signals except Aunlajori. Trains mainly operate through manual communication & flag exchange in most of the stretch but there is a heap of MACLs including junction indicators at Bahalda Road at present. semaphores in frame, they don't have coloured glasses to indicate red or green. They can only indicate signals by movement of the arm.
Signal levers at Aunlajori Junction. Slot 1 to 6 indicate the once existing working semaphores at Rairangpur & Gorumahisani respectively till recent past. Now there is no signalling system at either station. Everything is carried out through manual communication. The only working semaphores are at Aunlajori Junction.
