You get what you vote for 😁. Realistically, WB has also got some new VBs in this iteration. UP is a bigger state and lots of trains need to cross UP in their path. Punjab hardly gets any coz of its location and demand. Only ASR and CDG have high demand and they already have VB serving them.

WB is neglected ? WB is getting HWH-GAYA , HWH-ROU , HWH-BGP VB trains. 3 VB trains.

Himachal doesn’t have much BG network to run many VB trains and Punjab has VB running from ASR/CDG covering all major cities

The General Manager of South Eastern Railway, Anil Kumar Mishra, inspected the preparations for PM Modi's visit, accompanied by other senior officials. Wo bhi SER ne chalaya. ECR ki responsibility hai to take care of CIC section for passengers but it will not do that. If CIC is moved to SER then it will be in a better position.
