Dhanbad division is ranked number one in the country for freight loading in the first eight months of FY 2024-25, earning ₹16,790 crore. Approximately 8000 trees will be felled for multi-tracking between Ludhiana and Dankuni. 18 level crossings in the Grad Card section will be replaced with overbridges/underpasses by May-June 2025. Track laying on the remaining section of the Koderma-Tilaiya rail line is underway, targeting completion by March 2025.

FY 2024-25 ke pehle aath mahine mein Dhanbad division desh mein freight loading mein number one hai, 16,790 crore Rupees kama kar. Ludhiana aur Dankuni ke beech multi-tracking ke liye 8000 ped kaate jayenge. Grad Card section mein 18 level crossings ko May-June 2025 tak overbridges/underpasses se replace kiya jayega. Koderma-Tilaiya rail line ke bache hue hisse mein track laying ka kaam tez chal raha hai, March 2025 tak complete hone ka target hai.

They should have proposed to regularize Dhn - Jammu train with faster schedule. Dhn Delhi travel time should be reduced to 18-19 hours in this train
