Run Hubli to Ayodhya via Koppal GTL SC NGP JBP Allahabad.
Don't try to run a train from Mysore via Bangalore and Hubli to Ayodhya (pattern followed in SWR zig zag)

May be they are waiting to complete remaining part of new line from Karatagi to Raichur, then start the train via Ubl - Ay via Gangavathi.
Hubli has just one long distance train that too a weekly train (UBL BSB). All other originating trains mostly weekly are just to neighbouring states. Wholly depending on Mysore & Bangalore originating trains is not good for a zonal HQ town, which has world's longest platform!!
No need to wait. Just start a train to Ayodhya and reroute etc can be thought of later.

Yes start now and re-route can be done later. Just like 17321/2 Vsg - Jsme weekly exp started now and going to be rerouted after Gingera - Raichur line completion.
