ko blame kiya, lekin Tata Power ne isko deny kiya. Power phase mein restore hua, Kalyan-Lonavala section 6:05 am se 6:55 am tak aur Kalyan-Igatpuri section 6:08 am se 7:08 am tak affect raha. Block ke bare mein pehle se koi announcement nahi kiya gaya tha, jisse passengers confused aur frustrated hue.
