In almost every Reserved Train which stops here there is a special Announcement made for the Coach Position of a train. You will be notified through station announcement about the Position of AC and General Coaches of any train. So no need to worry about Last minute rush towards your coach. Announcement is made atleast 10-15 min before arrival of train

Almost the entire coach of 'S5' is booked ALJN onwards. So the scene at ALJN is something like:
Some 60-70 passengers coming from NDLS (mostly daily passengers and a few reserved travelers) de-board from S5 and an equal amount of people board into S5. And all of this has to happen in the stoppage of 2 minutes only.
So the tip here is, be as quick as you can, S5 will be slightly to the right after entering from the exit gate. Coach position indicators mention it correctly. Better board S4 or S6
and walk through, because 120 seconds is all you 120 guys have!

There are some positive points of Aligarh JN
1 - All High priority train like Rajdhani , Shatabdi , During , Humsafar and Vande Bharat Passes through Aligarh .
2 - Lift is always available
3 - RPF is available
- In 95 % Platform of any train never change . If any high priority train is running behind low priority train then train is shifted from Pf 3 to Pf 2.

When you enter into Aligarh junction the first platform is platform number 2 not 1. No train comes on platform no. 1 except Bareilly Passenger that runs from Aligarh to Bareilly.
