this train is ideal fro traveling between Delhi to chennai and vice versa, due to limited halts , we donot face disturbance from pasengers boarding on way . only trouble is train is always on move. Although during winter tran is late due to weather condition in north

took 2S to travel from SC to ADB worst train 99% of pax in my coach were Unreserved ticket holders.They think that the reserved ones are also Unreserved and ask u move aside and take ur seat. and makking it even more WORST the TC didnt come for ticket checking WORST train. better Not to and waste our time by talking about CLEANLINESS and PUNCTUALITY

Dileep~ 13 blog postsLoco :- Ypr garib rath runs with eloco end to end . Mostly LGD wap7/4 are the probable locomotives 7 out of 10 times I observed it is LGD WAP 7 .
Food :- It is better to board train after buying some food in SC , Post Lingampally we cannot find anything , but in my last two trips I observed a guy was selling veg and Egg Biryani .

esrikant~ 527 blog postsTraveled in this train on 12/12/14. It had extremely clean exteriors as well as interiors. Nearly all the coaches were shining. Bedroll provided was also clean. Ran with awesome speed and reached YPR only marginally late. The temperature was just right; neither too cold nor too hot. A very nice train in all aspects.

Yes I'm really sad about the way this train is being treated. Instead of slowing down an express they slowed down a Garib Rath! What kind of logic is that!
The train has been slowed down but the coaches will be same right.. so only its speed and timings have been spoiled. The rest will be same. Hopefully!

But no use- Railways will regret this desicion- Revenue will go for a toss
Now from April 2nd this is speeded up will reach YPR by 8.20 AM

The Staff has also become quiet courteous, even though they still demand tips at the end of the trip but thats natural due to such low salaries.
But overall Its the best train on KR and for Goa and Trivandrum Passengers.
